Notice of Intent to Sole Source - RFP for CCE Lead Agency Designation 

NOTICE OF DECISION

The Area Agency on Aging of Central Florida, Inc., d/b/a Senior Resource Alliance, located at 988 Woodcock Rd., Ste 200., Orlando, FL, 32803, has decided, based on receipt of only one source of services from Brevard, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties respectively, to award the Lead Agency designation for Community Care for the Elderly programs to the following:

Brevard County to:
Community Services Council of Brevard County
3600 W. King Street
Cocoa, FL 32926

Orange and Seminole Counties to:
Seniors First, Inc.
3113 Lawton Ave., Suite 250
Orlando, FL  32803

Osceola County to:
Osceola County Council on Aging
700 Generation Point
Kissimmee, FL 34744

Any person who is adversely affected by the Senior Resource Alliance decision or intended decision shall file with the Senior Resource Alliance a notice of appeal in writing within 72 hours(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and agency holidays) after receipt of the notice of the decision or intended decision.
