SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Primary Medical: HCCH operates a full-service primary care clinic run by paid and volunteer staff with services including lab tests, EKG, and prescription drugs.

Volunteer specialist physicians see patients needing additional care.  Local hospitals provide vouchers for patients needing hospitalisation.

Dental: There is a dental clinic for the homeless in the downtown Orlando area.  The dental clinic also offers Medicaid Kid’s Clinic on alternating Fridays for children with Medicaid benefits in the Downtown Orlando zip codes.

Optical: The optical department offers free eye exams and glasses for the homeless.

Behavioral Health: LMHC on site to provide general and crisis counseling.

ELIGIBILITY:

Homeless qualify for all services. Residents without insurance qualify for services on a sliding fee scale based on income.

8a-5p Mon-Fri

INTAKE PROCEDURE:

Appointments are preferred; however, walk-ins are accepted. Call (407) 428-5751 for an appointment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Homeless qualify for all services. Residents without insurance qualify for services on a sliding fee scale based on income.

LANGUAGES SPOKEN:

Creole, Spanish, Sign Language, and translation services available on an as needed basis

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

To qualify for PCAN services the patient needs:

Photo ID, Social Security Card, Proof of Income for past 30 days, Utility Bills to confirm Orange County residency.
