Tai Chi Exercise Programs for Health

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is supported by the Arthritis Foundation as a safe and effective exercise. This special program was created by Dr. Lam and medical experts for individuals with Arthritis. This is a wonderful class if you have Arthritis or if you are new to Tai Chi and would like to improve your health and overall well-being.

Tai Chi for Energy was designed by Dr. Lam to “improve your health and wellness, internal energy, and the ability to manage stress”.



Classes are offered at no cost for Silver Sneakers members.
Non-Silver Sneakers fees are covered by listed sponsors.
