Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is supported by the Arthritis Foundation as a safe and effective exercise. This special program was created by Dr. Lam and medical experts for individuals with Arthritis. This is a wonderful class if you have Arthritis or if you are new to Tai Chi and would like to improve your health and overall well-being.

Tai Chi for Energy was designed by Dr. Lam to “improve your health and wellness, internal energy, and the ability to manage stress”.
