ADDENDUM ISSUED
Senior Resource Alliance has issued Addendum No. 1 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Consulting Services.

Addendum No. 1 deletes duplicative final‑scoring language from Appendix C (Cost Proposal) and Appendix D (Technical Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criteria).

All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged. Respondents are responsible for reviewing and complying with Addendum No. 1.

Overview

Senior Resource Alliance (SRA), the Area Agency on Aging for Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties (Planning and Service Area 7), is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide consulting services focused on internal auditing, compliance assessment, monitoring readiness, and reporting support.

The selected consultant will assist SRA in ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and contractual requirements, strengthening internal controls, and preparing for monitoring reviews conducted by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA) and other oversight entities.

Submission Requirements

Respondents must submit a complete proposal in accordance with the RFP and its appendices. Required components include:

  • Appendix C – Cost Proposal
  • Appendix E – Technical Proposal Response
  • Respondent Organizational Chart

Failure to submit all required documents or to follow the prescribed format may result in the proposal being deemed non‑responsive.
